Kids are back in school, and it's time for us to either fall back into or create new routines.  The question is this:  are our routines dangerously comfortable, or is there something have been yearning to change?

 

I like to use this time to reflect within, to evaluate my year.  Perhaps it's because I'm Jewish and we celebrate the Jewish New Year in the fall.  Perhaps it's because I've always felt that the new year started with the beginning of school, new supplies, a chance to begin a clean book.

 

Now it's up to you.  What do you want?  What do you really want?  And who is listening?

We all have it, yet at the drop of a hat, we can watch it roll down a slippery slope with one glance, one judgemental comment from somebody.

 

No matter how old we are, we can benefit from the techniques in the Power of Self Esteem class, which I'll be teaching November 5-6. 

I will also host a FREE preview session on October 24 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at my office.  At the preview session, you will learn a technique to enhance your self esteem at will.  There is no obligation to attend the course if you attend the preview session, and the material is your to keep.
